TRAINING PROVIDED

The CONSTRUCTION RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT COLLEGE provides training in the following fields:-

• Learnership development in the various Building and Civil Engineering Skills.
• Limited skills training through Skills Development Programmes in all facets of the Construction Industry
• Safety training
• All levels of supervisory development including the Construction Supervisor Learnership programmes.
• Management development in the following areas:-
  • Site management duties
  • Contractual skills
  • Technical management skills
  • Generic management skills
• Emergent contractor development

Only courses and practitioners accredited by the relevant SETA are used.

CRDC is an accredited Centre for the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) in Construction skills.

CRDC is also fully accredited to train on the Labour Intensive Construction (LIC) modules as required by the Department of Public Works for the Expanded Public Works programme.
