The
CONSTRUCTION RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT COLLEGE (CRDC) was formed in 2000 as a result of a need to meet the human resource development needs of the Construction Industry following the implementation of the Skills Development Act and the Skills Development Levies Act.
The CRDC is managed and staffed by people from the previous CEITS in KwaZulu – Natal and provides a complete range of training across the construction spectrum. The enhancement of the services provided by the newly formed CRDC has enabled us to bring in additional expertise to meet the changing needs of industry.
Although operating out of our Training Centre in Pinetown, we are in a position to bring training to the client on site or at a local, centralised venue. Furthermore we have access to other training providers who are fluent in the language of the region and we are committed to forming working alliances with emerging training providers, particularly in the more rural areas.
